What do I need to rent a car? 

• Passport

• Credit Card

• Driver’s license

• Signed Rental Contract

• Video Documentation – Record a quick video of the car for your reference

• That’s It! You’re ready to hit the road—whether it’s the beach, the mountains, or exploring the city.

 

Is insurance included? 

Yes! You, your passengers, and other drivers are insured. The deposit you leave is the deductible. If you renturn the car damaged, we use that deposit to pay the insurnace deductible and you won't get it back. If you return the car as you got it, you get the deposit right back!

Where do I pick up the car? 

We’ll meet you at the Oaxaca Airport or in Oaxaca Centro for a quick and easy drop-off. If you’d like to start your adventure in Oaxaca City and fly out of Puerto Escondido or Huatulco, we also offer beachside car pick-up—just leave the car at the airport, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if I get in an accident? 

Call the police in an emergency and call us as soon as you can. 911 applies in Oaxaca. You can call these two numbers: +14155096656 +529513001317

Do I have to be 25?

What's with the deposit? 

A deposit is required, usually covering potential insurance claim costs. Hopefully, there won’t be any need for insurance, but we understand that accidents happen. After the final inspection on the last day of your rental, we’ll return your deposit immediately if in cash or as soon as the bank transfer processes if payment was made through a bank.
